El término "Hol Bé" viene del Maya y se traduce "abriendo camino en el bosque". Ayudando a preservar las prácticas antiguas Mayas, un grupo de terapistas llamadas "sobadoras" especialmente entrenadas a dar un tratamiento de excelencia en los spas con la técnica de loa antiguos Mayas.

Sus manos y su espíritu restaurador ayudan a recuperar la salud, energía y belleza en un ambiente de tranquilidad.

Recommended Packages: "Hol Bé" plan, an ancient Maya energizing treatment starting with a relaxing foot massage and continuing with an exfoliating treatment using totally natural ingredients derived from flowers and honey. The entire body is vigorously massaged to get removal dead skin cells. This is followed by an invigorating shower, a rub to detoxify your skin and is finished with a soft and relaxing massage with moisturizing oils. This full body treatment lasts for 125 minutes.

· Relaxing Massage (50 min)

This traditional method of massage loosens tight muscles, soothes sore muscles, increases circulation and improves over all skin and muscle tone. Pressure can range from very light to very firm.

· Sport Massage (80 min)
