Located in an area which once was part of the impressive machine room of the Hacienda Temozon, surrounded by lush sub tropical jungle, the Spa offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere where guests are invited to distance themselves from the outside world.
The term "Hol Bé" comes from the Mayan language and translates as "Open Way or Opening the Way in the forest" which sets the mood for the unique calming experience within the Spa. Helping to preserve the ancient Mayan healing practices of the Yucatan peninsula, a select group of the local Mayan therapists have been carefully chosen to provide the special treatments and services offered in the Spa. Several of the therapist’s ancestors were authentic Mayan "Sobadoras" or so called "bone healers" and throughout generations handed down techniques and treatments only found in the Mayan world.
Their hands and magical restorative spirit help to restore health, energy and beauty in a holistic ambience.

Recommended Packages: "Hol Bé" plan, an ancient Maya energizing treatment starting with a relaxing foot massage and continuing with an exfoliating treatment using totally natural ingredients derived from flowers and honey. The entire body is vigorously massaged to get removal dead skin cells. This is followed by an invigorating shower, a rub to detoxify your skin and is finished with a soft and relaxing massage with moisturizing oils. This full body treatment lasts for 125 minutes.
· Relaxing Massage (50 min)
This traditional method of massage loosens tight muscles, soothes sore muscles, increases circulation and improves over all skin and muscle tone. Pressure can range from very light to very firm.
· Sport Massage (80 min)
A special deep-tisue massage designed to prevent muscular soreness and ease tired joins that result from overexertion or intense exercise. Recommended after long workout or sport competition.
· Feet Tense Relief (50 min)
We use special combination of various movements that provide instant relief for heavy, painful and swollen feet with a blend of aromatic exfoliating and refreshing lotion. You will feel the stress disappear and your feet and skin smooth and relaxed.

Holistic Mayan treatments such as the Mayan Honey & Flower Massage (House Special) and the Soothing Aloe Vera Wrap are a key component of the airy, light filled Spa.
Decorated in jade green tile and natural gauze, the front wall of the Spa is made of glass and overlooks the swimming pool and tropical gardens.
Guests entering the reception area can enjoy tea, fruit drinks, fruit and Mayan herb beverages. There are comfortable changing rooms and separate steam and relaxation areas for men and women.
An exceptional staff of attentive and caring professional therapists uses only the best products. The Mayan specialist spent several years studying with the area’s leading “Shaman” and mixes her own oils and creams from local ingredients. Guests of the Hacienda may request in-room treatments for more privacy and comfort.
